I've been with this bank for a couple years. This particular branch used to have a very nice employee who usually served me. She knew exactly who my boyfriend and I were and she was always extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our experience a good one. She ended up leaving because she hated working for TD and began working at a competitor across the street. After she left, I really noticed the lack of respect and customer service provided by some of the other employees. There is one employee (always wear her brown hair in a ponytail, no makeup, clothes sloppy) who has been very rude to my mother and I on multiple occasions when we have stopped in to make deposits or exchange Canadian dollars. She is condescending and always blames the customer when she makes a mistake or is not explaining things clearly. She is the main reason I am rating the bank so low. I dread seeing her frowning face when I pull up to the window. I have dealt with one of the managers and she was quite nice and helpful. There is a blonde girl who is also very nice and helpful. Two of the other girls that have served me are constantly laughing at jokes their coworkers are making while they're serving me. They barely acknowledge that I'm there and push my deposit slip through to me with barely a "Have a nice day." It would be great if they would fire those few employees who offer poor service, I would like their bank much better, but from what I've heard TD offers poor benefits and employees who work for them are generally unhappy so it's hard to get good employees to stay.

Hi i am writing this just because this bank has made my life hell..they are not able to process a request that you give to them and there people who are working there have no manners and respect to talk to there customers..being a part of this bank i would not advice anyone to open any account with this bank and i would not personally deal with them anymore..sorry to say this but by carrying this attitude you would not last very long in this business that i assure you..

Called this branch three times thus far without a call back.  Asked to speak with someone about a home equity line of credit and was told that Edwardo was busy with a customer on Tuesday and would call that day.  No call.  Called again on Wednesday and was told Edwardo was off that day and the branch manager Orlando assured me he would call on Thursday.  No call Thursday.  Called again today Friday to be told Edwardo is on lunch and Orlando has gone home for the day.  Guess there really is bankers hours.

The only thing I completely HATED about this bank was that they charge you $15 a month to bank with them if you do not keep a certain amount in your checking account.  The fee is automatically withdrawn every month.  Really, why should someone bank with you if they have to pay you $15 a month?  Stupid.  But other than that TD Bank is easy to deal with and they have great customer service, especially at this location. Though, I withdrew my money and I'm banking elsewhere now.

I have had nothing but a wonderful exp. so far with this bank and branch in particular. They are very helpful! I opened an account online, and for some reason didnt get a confirmation email saying the account was open. I called, the woman I spoke too was very nice. She helped me look up my information and told me all I had to do was come down with my deposit.

I called one of the branches today and was appalled at the extreme nastiness and ignorance of one of the Branch Managers. It Makes me sad that people are so verbally abusive to others.  Our anti-Bullying awareness needs to start with adults.  Don't ever be surprised that our children have all become bullies: they are just mimicking what they see the big people doing to each other

Commerce Bank was awesome BEFORE TD bank bought them out.  I have to relocate extensively for my job and I could use any ATM anywhere with no fees, keep my direct deposit and account and live anywhere in the USA...since Toronto Dominion bought them out...there are fees for EVERYTHING!!!  I absolutely cannot stand TD Bank...they are unresponsive and it is all about finding a way to "service fee" your bank account dry.  Cannot wait to close my account and move on.

The most inconvinant branch. From what I hear from people around this branch, the management hates the place, their job and customers.
so much inconsistencies and incompetence. I'll try another branch.

This bank is the most out of control most unorganized "professional" office I have ever been a part of. I am not only a used-to-be customer but I am also a past employee of this branch. I just recently left. The work environment as well as the way customers are treated is absolutely pathetic and I am not about that at all. I worked for this bank for 2 and a half years and I must tell you all to take your money and run if you still have it in there. I can tell you from being in the office that you are just a number. They don't really care about you or the security of your money. If you only saw what goes on behind the scenes, you would be scared. Also, the employees are treated like complete dirt. If you walk up to the counter and see a miserable, unhappy teller, it's most likely because she hates being there and her supervisors don't give a rats (you know what) about her, her hard work, her dedication, or the fact that she handles people's lives all day long. The people that run this individual branch shouldn't be. In simplest terms. They are lazy. If you ever have a problem with your accounmt, or something went wrong and you need the help of a customer service rep, or manager, they won't solve your problem. Nor will they make it a priority to get back to you. It's not of their  concern, although it should be. There were several times throughout my employment here that I, MYSELF had to remind MY supervisors to do their job CORRECTLY and put the customer FIRST. After all, without the customers, we have no business, right? Wrong. (To them anyway). Like I said, you are just a number. And chances are, you will be standing in the teller line for at least 10 minutes before a supervisor behind the counter even looks up to see you standing there because she's too busy playing tetris.

My husband and I have used a several different banks and credit unions over the past 13 years and I have to say that TD is hands down the best we've ever used.  They have so many different locations and much later hours than any other bank we've ever used. They're also open on weekends (even Sunday), when most other banks and credit unions are not. I especially love the fact that you can go right into any branch to get a replacement debit card if yours ever gets lost or stolen instead of having to wait the usual 7-10 days to get a new one in the mail like with most other banks. When I lost my debit card a couple of months ago, I drove right over to the branch 10 minutes away from our house and they gave me a new card right then and there and canceled the one I had lost. The whole process took no more than 5 minutes and the teller was super friendly. At our previous credit union, it took almost 2 weeks to get my replacement debit card in the mail when mine had fraudulent activity on it and had to be canceled. TD Bank is SO much better! We live in New England, so it's really convenient when we travel since TD has branches literally all over the place.  My husband and I have been with TD Bank for a little over a year now and we'll never use any other bank!  We've never had any problems with them at all.  Every time we go into a branch, we are happily greeted and treated like our business is actually appreciated.  They also give our dogs treats if they are with us when we go through the drive through.  I personally think that TD Bank is better than the smaller banks and local credit unions.  Even my employer uses TD, so my direct deposit posts to our account an entire day before my scheduled payday.  I highly recommend them!

I have been waiting over a month now to get overdraft fee correct on my account. I have email over and over again. They do not address the issues that I'm having. I have called the local branch now and left three messages for the branch manager to call me and no calls either. I just nwant the account fix and I can move on from here. I file with the FTC, BBB, and OCC regarding TD Bank and overdraft fees.

I opened my account with TD Bank about 4 months ago, big mistake.  I had signed up for a promotional offer from a company, the company stated if I cancel within the 3 days I wont be charged.  The company charged me anyway, did  a dispute with TD Bank.  I was so upset when they told me it would take 10 days for them to resolve it. 10DAY!!!!, so I waited for 10 days when I didn't hear anything I called, they explained to me I need to send the cancellation notice to them. I said to them why didn't they tell me that when I filed the claim.  anyway that is not the worst part, after I sent the letter to them they told me it can take up to 60 days for them to give me my money back.  I said 60 days are you kidding me!!!!!! you have the letter from the company saying a credit should have been giving to me, it should be a open and shut case. are you crazy, I have a letter, a credit should be giving to me while you research this. why I have to suffer!!, what if someone stole my credit card, I cant trust this bank!!!, and no one has any authority there. The fact that I have a letter and still have to wait is crazy.

Amazing branch! They have undergone a lot of staff changes in the past few moths and have a stellar team of employees. I go see Jasmine Pellerin and she has always taken wonderful care of me. She always seems to get the job done, goes above and beyond to provide great customer service, and does it with a smile. I'm a customer for life.

The staff at the New Brunswick branch is incompetant and rude. The bank's policies are adversarial and user-unfriendly. TD Bank in New Brunswwick is a bad neighbor. The exterior is filthy with garbage, cigarette butts and unkempt landsacaping. I have brought this to the attention of management several times and their response is nothing but lip service. As a local resident I greatly resent their intrusion and the blight they bring to anotherwise well kept street.

E B fron the Cleveland St Greenville SC stole my money and if I had done this to a normal citizen I would be arrested!  He said -direct quote "I'm sorry one of our tellers told u the wrong thing but I'm UNWILLING to change any charges"  Then he would not tell me who his supervisor was.  Said to call customer service.  I will for the next 25 years advise my math class to avoid TD Bank!!!!

I find this humorus on the TD Bank website says the following---Of course, we want everything to be perfect. But we're only human.  So if there's ever an issue, we'll keep working until we get it right.

He kept working for about 30 seconds till he was UNWILLING to fix something he admitted was done wrong!!!!  

Im a small single account so losing my account wont hurt but I hope the 1000's of students I tell, tell that many people!!!

Been with td since they were Commerce.  Not the same, at least here in Maryland. The wait is always terribly long, even when there is only one person ahead of me. Their ATM machine is always down and the manager at this bank is absolutely the worse! A flat out liar!  Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch.  Very rude, unprofessional staff.
