I travel a lot and have been doing my banking in several different states for years. Some banks are good, but this Bank is awesome! The tellers were really friendly and helpful, and there is a banker their that smiles and talks with me every time I come in. I had a question about traveling overseas and she went above and beyond to make sure I would be ready to leave. She even asked how my trip was when I got back. You can not ask for a kinder branch. thank you Sandy and Mary Ann!

I was convinced to open an annuity account with the local branch with the assumption I would qualify as a preferred client and get all these great benefits.  Long story short based on lots of oversights by the company and investor that did not happen.  Makes you wonder if they have these kinds of oversights how well are they watching your money

The Windsor branch of Chase takes me back to my Montana roots... Friendliest staff anyone could ask for! They go above and beyond - and I've seen it first hand. I want to say thank you for the best customer service always. My son just got his very first bank account and there was NO question where he was going :)

they own an abandoned house and will not maintain it

They own an abandoned house at 415 brookridge st that looks terrible lawn is terrible, a huge dead tree in the back yard is waiting to take out electricity in the neighborhood and they seem to not care about any of this.

I love chase bank completely, especially this branch! There is an employee at this branch that stands out particulary. I think her name is Diane Grammar. No matter if she is working the drive up window or at a station, she is there to help you, no matter what you need. She is so helpful and always, always has a beautiful smile on her face. No matter my mood concerning financial concerns, she is there to help me work through it. She is definately a great employee and a true assest to her chase branch.

I went in with someone to get a title notarized.   The banker never introduced himself,  then didn't give the seller proper directions and when he filled it out wrong didn't tell us it voided the title.   When I called the bank manager said (the notary banker) may be able to do something without having to pay the $17.  When the notary banker got on he said sorry he filled it out wrong nothing I can do about it.   Bank sure has changed from back in the day.  I will be looking for a new bank.  I have been a loyal customer for 26 years.  This was my first bank.

Something was wrong with my paycheck, stood there called my boss. When I got off the phone I was yelled at by the branch manager. I was confused, trying to figure out the man's problem. Especially because as I walked in he was telling his employee he has to be friendly at all times.

The staff at the Zionsville, Indiana branch has been so helpful in the past several years.  Even when I closed an account, they were willing to help me and took care of business for my deceased mother.  My mother was 86yrs old and banked with what has become "Chase" all of her adult life.

I stopped in the deposit money into my daughter s account and was told that I had to write a check. I was not happy I just wanted to deposit cash. The teller asked if I wanted to see the manager. I refused. However the teller was so genuine I felt bad then much to my surprise the manager was behind me. She introduced herself and asked me my name. She immediately said sorry and walked me to her office. I was so impressed by her helping me to help my daughter I went back in and a randy helped me. I knew that if they cared that much about helping me help my daughter. I wanted to bank there. I was very pleased.

Pathetic crew under the direction of an idiot captain. The lower rung staff are rude, unhelpful and couldn't care less.  Typical example is Mr Pho Bi, yawns in your face " long day today" at 11:30am !!! Gives you wrong information at every step and you leave the premises feeling insulted. Will never go this bank again.

The new manager, Jeremy, is completely incompetent.  The business and personal bankers do not have the knowledge required of their positions.  On the surface, it appears that the manager is happy with the less than stellar performance of such employees.  They are unable to handle the simplest transactions, such as providing copies of statements or tax documents.  They don't care one iota about the customer and much more interested in defending their little kingdom.

Tim, the investment banker is by far the dumbest bank employee I ever met.  He can't even handle routine paperwork.  Doubt he has any knowledge about investments.  I'd have better luck throwing darts at a stock report than to listen to him.  Do not investment one dollar with him.

The only bright spot about this branch are the tellers but their service was enough to stop me from closing my accounts.

I opened a business account in early December of 2013 that took me over 2 hours after I had already been sitting in the lobby waiting for almost 3 hours. No one approached me during my lobby time to ask if I had been helped. The "expert" business agent that I worked with did not give me my ATM card but rather cut it up when he discovered he forgot. My office is across the street. He didn't call me back for 6 weeks to talk about opening the other 10 accts I opened elsewhere in the meantime. Today I closed everything out.

I was in this bank last week with a problem I encountered while traveling.  I was helped by a young man who showed excellent customer service skills.  This bank helped me out and made my trip enjoyable.

I deposited cash into my account at the drive thru window at the vista lakes branch in Orlando to Michael, the teller. Several hours later my husband tells me I didn't make the deposit which I did. I had my receipt and noticed the last 4 of the account number weren't mine. I called and was on hold forever. I went back to the branch because it was close to 6pm. The bank proceeds to do research. The Asst branch manager Michelle Knight told me that it was deposited into someone else's account and reversed out but does not show it was ever deposited into my account. She had the NERVE to ask me if I was sure the teller didnt give the money back to me? Why would I deposit cash to ask for the same cash back! She said they needed to research this and it might not be resolved today and would make the deposit IF they see there was an error! They were NOT going to deposit the cash into my account. I accused Michael of shenanigans! He would NOT come out to talk to me! It was not until I threatened to call the police that they deposited the money into my account. I am disgusted! I feel like they were trying to covering up for their crooked teller! I am going to tell EVERYONE what happened. Now you can't even trust banks with your money!

The drive through banking takes 30 minutes if your lucky.... You better not be in a hurry bc once your stuck in line you are going to sit there for 30-45 minutes and there are only 2 cars in front of me the whole  time. ITS A FREAKIN JOKE at this bank. This is my last day next time I'm switching banks

Laura the branch manager is incompetent.  This idiotic bank would not accept a $2,200 cash deposit.  Absolute positive idiots!!!!   Laura is the queen of idiots.

This bank is terrible. Do not come here or you will be waiting for hours. They need to hire more staff. I have stopped going to this bank and I tell everyone I know not to come here because of the bank's poor services.

Mean teller

It pains me to give this review only one star, considering everyone, except for one teller was absolutely wonderful. While waiting in line, I witnessed a toddler playing with the red velvet rope that holds the bar/stands together, forming the line for people to stand in. One of the tellers, a heavy set african-american woman with wavy hair, asked if the little girl belonged to the customer who she was currently helping. When she said that, the little girl's mother, who was sitting in the waiting area, seemed realized that teller didn't want her to play with the rope. She got right up and made her stop. Then, to my surprise, the teller and her customer continued to talk and laugh about it. I'm sure the mother could hear it, because I could hear it, while standing in line. That was very rude and unprofessional. I don't even think that the little girl was being bad. She was just playing with the rope for pete's sake.
